Our gearboxes achieve performance levels equivalent to international leading brands including German Flender, Austrian Eisenbeiss, W and P, Berstorff, Leistritz, JSW and Toshiba. The symmetrical drive configuration ensures that radial forces acting on the output shafts and bearings are theoretically offset to near zero, eliminating radial load on critical bearing components.

The elimination of radial load significantly reduces wear on bearings and gears, resulting in a designed service life of up to 72000 hours, approximately 10 years under normal operating conditions. This design also ensures that the gearbox maintains its original precision throughout its entire service life, eliminating the need for frequent adjustments or recalibrations.

Extruders equipped with our gearboxes achieve 1 to 2 times higher output compared with conventional low-torque extruders of the same screw diameter. The high torque design allows for higher screw speeds and greater material throughput, while the tight screw clearance reduces material backflow, shortens residence time in barrels and minimizes excessive shear, ensuring uniform product quality.

We only use components from internationally recognized first-tier manufacturers to ensure maximum reliability and durability. All bearings are sourced from Sweden SKF and Germany INA, and all oil seals are imported from Germany.
